Jesus of Cool nous donne un nouveau rendez-vous avec \u00ab\u00a0Vanishing and Lust\u00a0\u00bb, le second album du trio.\u00a0 On retrouve ce folk rock m\u00e9lancolique qui avaient fait vibrer lors du premier opus\u00a0How long<\/a>. Mais pas que !\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

En effet, le groupe \u00e9largit son horizon musical, en\u00a0y m\u00ealant plus que jamais, un petit air de rock anglo-saxon, dans la veine des Libertines. A l’image de ce\u00a0Year after year<\/em> ou de On the road to Toledo<\/em>\u00a0dont les vocaux ont ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 nonchalant qu’on appr\u00e9cie\u00a0chez de nombreux chanteurs outre-manche, de Pete Doherty \u00e0 Richard Ashcroft en passant par Damon Albarn.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, coexistent dans ce nouvel album, deux genres assez distincts, le folk US et le rock anglais un peu comme si Pete Doherty<\/strong> avait invit\u00e9\u00a0Neil Young<\/strong> \u00e0 une jam session.<\/p>\n
