Mona Kazu est de retour en cette fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2021,\u00a0 cinq ans apr\u00e8s leur premier album \u00ab\u00a0Arguments With A Bird\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Steel Your Nerves\u00a0\u00bb, le petit nouveau, explore de nouveau les fronti\u00e8res du Rock et la Pop a\u00e9rienne, avec neufs nouvelles compositions inclassables.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Revisitant autant la Coldwave des <strong>Cranes<\/strong> ou des <strong>Cocteau Twins <\/strong><em>(Eden)<\/em> que la Trip Hop de <strong>Portishead <\/strong>(<em>NoSon, Psycho<\/em>), le groupe Mona Kazu\u00a0s&rsquo;ouvre un horizon singulier, hors du temps et terriblement hypnotique au travers des 40 minutes de ce nouvel opus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Onirique et \u00e9nigmatique \u00e0 la fois, les 9 compositions du nouvel album, le 3e du groupe bourguignon, contemple un monde violent par bien des facettes au travers d&rsquo;une musique sombre qui ne manque pas de mordant, tout juste apais\u00e9e par la voix, le plus souvent, r\u00e9confortante de\u00a0Priscille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zuKLsa8s1Bc\" width=\"450\" height=\"253\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le plus souvent, car en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 les humeurs varient tout au long de ce voyage sonique, allant du murmure \u00e0 la vocif\u00e9ration. L&rsquo;album d\u00e9bute d&rsquo;ailleurs sur <em>Birds<\/em>, \u00e0 la fois sombre et intrigant, lancinant dans les couplets, tendus dans les refrains. Il est suivi par <em>Porto Twins<\/em>, tout aussi t\u00e9n\u00e9breux, mais un cran au dessus, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qui s&rsquo;en d\u00e9gage. A partir de <em>NoSon, Eden <\/em>et<em> Solead<\/em>, l&rsquo;album perce les nuages, trouve une \u00e9claircie et s&rsquo;engouffre pour monter jusqu&rsquo;aux \u00e9toiles.
