Loin de faire dans la routine, il renouvelle quelque peu son line up, et bien plus encore son style.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&rsquo;est aux guitares (David Vall\u00e9e) et \u00e0 la batterie (S\u00e9bastien Pierre), que le groupe est\u00a0all\u00e9 trouver du sang neuf, pour enregistrer son 7e album. Et c&rsquo;est avec cette nouvelle configuration que le groupe a su trouver de nouvelles id\u00e9es, pour transformer le son de <strong>Headcharger<\/strong>, lui faisant faire un bon des ann\u00e9es 70&rsquo;s jusque dans le XXIe si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6Gu2Y7M1RWQ\" width=\"450\" height=\"253\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasard du calendrier, le nouvel album va sortir avec un titre homonyme de l&rsquo;album live du groupe harcore californien\u00a0<strong>The Ghost Inside<\/strong>, sorti il y a quelques semaines&#8230; Pour autant, les cendres \u00e9voqu\u00e9es\u00a0n&rsquo;ont rien \u00e0 voir les unes avec les autres. <strong>Headcharger<\/strong> se montre sur ce nouvel opus plus f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur que jamais, avec des titres plus abordables, sans devenir consensuels. Les refrains sont travaill\u00e9s, les riffs recherch\u00e9s et efficaces. Le tout est rapidement ent\u00eatant (<em>My Chains,\u00a0Death Sound, So Strange<\/em>). Les titres s&rsquo;\u00e9tirent sur 4 ou 5 mn et donnent parfois l&rsquo;impression, surtout vocalement, d&rsquo;aller encore plus loin que leur Stone Rock habituel, pour aller vers un style plus Metal progressif, renforc\u00e9 par un jeu vocal multiple et urgent. Mais la force de la batterie vient souvent remettre les pendules \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure avec des rythmes infernaux. On imagine d\u00e9j\u00e0 le groupe d\u00e9fendre ses nouveaux morceaux sur une sc\u00e8ne incandescente et un public chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 blanc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un album puissant au son d\u00e9finitivement international.
