C&rsquo;est avec une voix qui se place ais\u00e9ment dans les aigu\u00ebs et une orchestration le plus souvent \u00e9pur\u00e9e que Sophie Oz r\u00e9alise la d\u00e9coration de son int\u00e9rieur musical. \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other, ce second EP est constitu\u00e9 de 6 titres tres homog\u00e8nes autant sur leur dur\u00e9e, leur instrumentation ou encore le champs lexical, o\u00f9 il est souvent question de nature et de paysage (<em>landscapes, valley, birds<\/em>&#8230;). \u00a0Avec le premier single, <em>Other<\/em>, Sophie Oz a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois la ligne m\u00e9lodique et l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re pour aboutir \u00e0 un titre aussi ent\u00eatant qu&rsquo;hypnotique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A\/\/api.soundcloud.com\/tracks\/168693922&amp;color=ff5500&amp;auto_play=false&amp;hide_related=false&amp;show_comments=true&amp;show_user=true&amp;show_reposts=false\" width=\"100%\" height=\"166\" frameborder=\"no\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sur le second, <em>Valley<\/em>, l&rsquo;ambiance y est plus lourde, plus pesante, cr\u00e9ant quelque chose de plus myst\u00e9rieux, qui rapproche l&rsquo;artiste des premi\u00e8res \u00e9preuves de <strong>Portishead<\/strong>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque de <em>Glory Box<\/em>. C&rsquo;est ensuite, entre contemplation et int\u00e9riorisation, que la chanteuse poursuit son EP, sans jamais choisir v\u00e9ritablement et sans qu&rsquo;\u00e0 aucun moment, on ne la sente dans la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition ou dans la surrench\u00e8re d&rsquo;une atmosph\u00e8re \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9e ou trop ambiante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le format 6 titres est v\u00e9ritablement bien choisi pour cette musique qui pourrait lasser si c&rsquo;\u00e9tait trop long.
